Inspired by dusk on the Darling Downs came the creation of the series of minis Over the Downs.

Meg Frances is a self-taught artist based in Brisbane, Australia. Inspired by the rugged beauty of rural landscapes and the quiet poetry of native flora, Meg captures the essence of the Australian bush in her paintings. Working from her home studio, she creates expressive still life and landscape pieces using layered acrylics to build rich colour and texture.

Her work celebrates the warmth of country life and the natural world around her, bringing a sense of place and nostalgia to every canvas.
