REFUND POLICY

  • We pride ourselves in making sure our products are of top quality, so we hope you love your purchase.
  • We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
  • Please note we have a 7 day exchange policy if the goods are deemed faulty/damaged.
  • If 7 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange. To be eligible, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • There will be no return or store credit available on Sale Items. There are no returns on Furniture or Art. The original purchase is final.  
  • Homewares purchased at full price can be exchanged for a store credit only.  Gift cards cannot be returned.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  All items returned must be done so within 14 days of receiving it. 
  • We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us. 
  • Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
